SystemOS is operated by SystemOS, Switzerland.

What we collect We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and usage data when you interact with the app. With your permission, we access Apple Health data including sleep, heart rate, and activity metrics. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

How we use your data We use your data to provide and improve the app experience, generate your Environment Score and quest recommendations, and send you product updates if you have opted in.

Data storage Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.

Your rights Under Swiss data protection law (nDSG) and GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request deletion, visit systemos.app/delete or email support@systemos.app.

Third-party services We use the following third-party services: Firebase (Google), RevenueCat. Each has their own privacy policy.
