This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, all your progress, quest history, audit scores, and personal data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

Delete via the app (fastest)

Open The System app → SettingsAccountDelete account. Your account and data will be scheduled for deletion within 30 days.

Request by email

If you no longer have access to the app, send a deletion request to our support team from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

Cancel your subscription first

Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Please cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings before or after submitting your deletion request to avoid future charges.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile and authentication data
  • All audit scores and Environment Score history
  • Quest assignments, completions, and progress
  • Deep work timer sessions and check-in history
  • Weekly report data
  • Any preferences or settings stored against your account
