Delete Your Account

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time.

What gets deleted

• Your profile and account information

• Your Environment Score history

• Your quest completion data

• Your Apple Health data permissions (revoked)

How to request deletion Email support@systemos.app from the email address associated with your account with the subject line: Account Deletion Request

We will confirm and process your request within 30 days in accordance with Swiss data protection law (nDSG).

Note Deleting your account will immediately cancel any active subscription. Refunds are subject to App Store or Google Play refund policies.
